morning along the waterfront. >> it is a cold morning. i would not call it a frigid morning. the wind chill is down in the teens. we will see worst later this weekend. a beautiful shot of the ice on the potomac. we do not see this too frequently in the city we have the entire potomac to ice over underneath the key bridge in georgetown. a lovely sight. frigid this morning. the water does open up further downstream near the roosevelt bridge. we do have a few showers off to the north of us, some snow showers. you can see in pennsylvania it is heading towards us. a lot of that is breaking up before it gets here. radar does show we do have a few patches of light snow, enhanced flurries were briefed white snow showers falling east of
